Terms & Conditions — v7vv Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v7vv ("v7vv", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the v7vv website located at https://v7vv.io and all associated services, games, betting products, payment facilities, and support channels offered through that website.

By accessing the v7vv platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or bet, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the v7vv platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and v7vv.

To register and use the v7vv platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business, or legal entity.

• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of v7vv or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements without first providing the additional documentation requested by v7vv's compliance team.

Each eligible individual may register exactly one account on the v7vv platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes after registration.

v7vv reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage using the information you provide and through third-party verification services. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks and to supply any documentation reasonably requested, including:

• A government-issued photographic ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Source-of-funds documentation where transactions exceed specified thresholds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. v7vv accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder has failed to keep their credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact v7vv support immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured without delay.

All financial transactions on v7vv are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at v7vv's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. v7vv is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, v7vv will request alternative proof of ownership before processing the withdrawal to a different method.

Processing times: v7vv aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. v7vv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once the withdrawal has been approved and dispatched.

• You must use a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• v7vv reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• v7vv does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which v7vv bears no responsibility.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are shown in the cashier at the time of the request.

v7vv offers a range of bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit associated with a bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds for sports bets, and bonus expiry period are stated on each promotion page.

General bonus rules:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• v7vv reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a player.
• Where a player withdraws funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• v7vv reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable suspicion that the bonus was claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL tournaments are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on v7vv are subject to the specific game or sport rules displayed within each product. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product.

Casino games: All casino games on v7vv are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator technology. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel.

Sports betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. v7vv reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error in odds is identified before settlement. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data availability; any bet placed after the relevant outcome has been determined will be voided.

Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In the event of a dispute over the result of an event, v7vv's decision, after consultation with the relevant official source, shall be final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the v7vv platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may have funds withheld pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or organised cheating in connection with any bet or game on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the v7vv platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing v7vv support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party, including family members.

All content on the v7vv platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the website, is the intellectual property of v7vv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the v7vv platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the v7vv platform without prior written consent.
• Use v7vv's trademarks, logos, or brand materials for any commercial purpose.
• Frame or embed any part of the v7vv platform on a third-party website.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform by automated means.

Third-party game content provided by studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v7vv, its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

v7vv's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Closure by the player: You may request the closure of your v7vv account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by v7vv: v7vv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice where:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• You are identified as a person under 21 years of age.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You have self-excluded and subsequently attempted to register a new account.

Where an account is closed by v7vv for a breach of these Terms, v7vv reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, the verified balance will be returned.

v7vv is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment; it should never be used as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. v7vv offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The platform is operated with primary service direction toward the Bangladesh market and all natural-language content is presented in English for the benefit of English-speaking players in Bangladesh.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute, you should first contact v7vv's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the issue. v7vv will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 7 business days of receiving all relevant information.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of v7vv's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction. v7vv's decision on matters of game integrity, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final once the internal complaints process has been exhausted.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
